ABOUT US

The Landlords Association of East Lindsey was formed in 2001 in order that residential landlords in the East Lindsey area had a forum in order to keep informed on new and existing legislation that members need to be aware of in letting properties to tenants.

The new housing regulations included in the new housing act means the landlords need to ensure that their properties meet the new standards and the Association is also keeping an eye on the new Local Housing Allowance.

The Association's AGM is in April of every year and the whole Association meets every 3 months. The committee meets a month prior to each full Association meeting. The Association welcomes all existing a new members anytime in the year.

The Association has a large geographical area and members sometimes find it difficult to attend all of the Association meetings, so it was decided that a website is the ideal way to ensure that the membership have an easy access point to relevant documentations.
